Where do you ship to?
Shipping worldwide!
International shipping rates will be calculated when you checkout.
If your country is not listed when you sign-up, leave us an email and we’ll add your country.
Cash On Delivery/ Pay On Delivery is available for India.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the products and shipping method, it usually takes about 25-30 working days to receive your item to your address. Depending on other factors, this time may vary.
For pre-order items, you will receive items after 15 days of release date.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is calculated automatically according to your pin code / zip code and the total weight of your cart.
You can check your shipping fee for your cart total on cart page.

What is your return policy?
K-pop Merch provides a Korea proxy service and thus, all items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you wish to change/modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@kpopmerch.in

What if my items are damaged upon arrival?
Please kindly contact us at support@kpopmerch.in and we will try our best to help you out.

Is there any warranty on my purchases?
If your purchases come with a warranty, please claim it with the manufacturer. You may need to ship the product to Korea for repairs.

What if I reject or refuse to sign for the packages?
Customers will be charged an additional 2000 INR restocking and return shipping fees along with the package original price if the packages are rejected for any reason at all.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Order once shipped from Korea is not cancellable. If not shipped from Korea yet, order can be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
If your order status is ‘Confirmed’ then you can cancel your order from your account.

What are the terms for COD?
COD is only available for India.
A COD order cannot be placed for amount more than 8,000 Rs.
The COD order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If the order is refused by you on delivery, then you are liable to pay the order amount, return shipping fee and extra 2000 RS as restocking fees.
An extra charge for COD is taken as COD charges.

What happens if my parcel gets RTO (Return to Owner)?
If your package is RTO (for any reason like not-available, incorrect address or refusal to accept), you are liable to pay the order amount, return shipping fee and an addition restocking fee of 2000/- INR and your order will be cancelled.
If you don’t want to cancel your order and still wish to receive it, you can do that by paying the order amount (if it’s COD) and the addition re-delivery charge via any e-payment option available and your order will be shipped to you once again.
